A Letter from Our Artistic Director
Hello theatre friends and patrons. I sincerely hope you are all well and coping with our new normal. I know that there are numerous questions regarding the remainder of The Towne Players season. To keep our children, audience and staff safe, I have made the difficult decision to postpone our production of Disney’s Moana Jr until the summer of 2021. We hope to move The Savannah Sipping Society to the October 2020 slot if we are able to welcome audiences back into the theatre safely by then.
For our season ticket holders, you will be able to use your 2020 season ticket to attend shows in the 2021 season. Your season tickets will be honored for an equal number of missed shows.
I so appreciate your patience and flexibility. While The Towne Players are eager to serve our community through theatre, it is most important that we do our part to keep the residents of our community safe. We long for the time that we can all be together again in the Garner Performing Arts Center and know that time will come. Until then, stay safe.
